Wm. G. | William G. was the son of Joseph Baugh and Nancy Gentry in Madison County, Kentucky. He married Susannah Carter in 1824 and must have removed soon thereafter to St. Charles County, Missouri and settled with with his father (and others in the family? Nancy Gentry?) since their first child born in 1825 in MIssouri.
Wm. G. | William G. and family moved from St. Charles County to Montgomery in 1832. The Baugh cemetery is on property that was once owned by William G. and is located near Bellflower, Mo.
Family burial plot | Graves of Wm. G. and Susan B. Baugh, Amasa Baugh, unnamed Baugh (infant son of Wm. G. and Susan), Mary E. Baugh (daughter of H.S. and N.J. Baugh - N.J. is Nancy Jane Baugh), Jesse Baugh (son of Wm. G. and Susan Baugh) and Thomas J. Parsons (son of L. and M.A.E. Parsons). At present it is in dire need of upkeep. It lies in a heavily wooded corner of a soybean field.
Henry Carter Jesse Gentry | The birthdates of these two sons is in conflict.
Susannah | The final resting place of Susannah Carter was found on a return trip to this cemetery in 1997 on the day before a family reunion held in Bellflower. She is buried in an unmarked grave next to her husband in the family plot near Bellflower. There is no headstone for Susan but a footstone engraved "SBB" next to a footstone marked "WGB" aligned with Wm. G.'s grave has been found.
